Parking at Promenade

Please be sure to read and understand all our Rules and Regulations regarding the use of Guest, Reserved and Motorcycle spaces, as well as Garages and Common Areas at Promenade at Spectrum.

• Promenade at Spectrum has 160 units and 26 available Guest parking spaces.
• Additional street parking is available on Lightwave Ave., Paramount Dr., Spectrum Center Blvd., as far south as Tech Way, and north beyond the warehouses on Complex Dr. behind McDonald’s. Please refer to the Offsite Parking map.
• Promenade employs a 24/7 parking patrol that cites, immobilizes and/or tows vehicles in violation of the published Promenade at Spectrum Parking Policy, Rules and Regulations.
• Vehicles in violation may be towed by Western Towing.

Vehicle Registration

Resident Parking

Each Townhome at Promenade has a unique parking code assigned by Parking Boss. It must be entered into the Parking Boss website along with a matching and valid Townhome address. If this code is lost or compromised, it can be reset.

A Parking Registration Form must be returned to Howerton Management within 10 days of the close of escrow or moving into Promenade at Spectrum. Please contact Howerton Management with questions.

Parking Boss

Parking Boss is the Virtual Attendant parking solution used by Promenade. This allows guest registration of vehicles by using your mobile phone to scan the code on our Guest Parking signs or using the Parking Boss Website and entering your unique, assigned passcode for your townhome. Please review their simple instructions and our Parking Rules before using our Guest parking spaces.

To register a guest vehicle, do one of the following:

• Locate one of the Guest Parking signs around the property and scan (photo) the barcode using a QR Code Reader. We recommend QR Code Readers available on Apple and Android mobile phone platforms.
• Go to the Parking Attendant link.
• Click for Parking Boss Welcome Message.

The Barnacle

Effective 1/5/2021, Promenade at Spectrum implemented The Barnacle, a new parking immobilization tool, enforced by SECUR IT GUARD Company, our current parking patrol. Click this link for more details.

Enforcement

Vehicles found without a registered license plate in Parking Boss will be towed on the first violation. In some circumstances, The Barnacle parking immobilization tool may be used in lieu of towing.

Extended Parking Exemption

A temporary, special exemption to the guest parking policy may be submitted to Management for review. The following rules apply:

• Maximum timeframe of 7 days every 6 months.
• Vehicle and license plate information must accompany the request.
• Requests must be made 7 days in advance (to allow time for approvals and processing).
