How do I pay my monthly assessment?

You can do a one-time payment or you can set up an account to auto pay at CIT Bank. You will need the following information:

  • Management ID 3568
  • Association ID 2123
  • Property ID

Board of Directors

Promenade at Spectrum HOA is governed by a board of directors consisting of a president, a vice president, a treasurer, a secretary, and a member at large. Election of board members occurs every September at our Annual Meeting. As this time approaches please keep the following in mind:

  • Each board member is elected to a two-year term.
  • Ballots must be mailed back, dropped off at the Howerton Management Services' offices, or brought to the meeting (if convened in person.)
  • Any owner may volunteer on the board, but not residents or tenants.
  • Look for voting signs around the community ahead of the election.

Promenade at Specturm is VA and FHA approved.
