Bay Alarm will be on site to perform the annual fire alarm testing required by the State of California. All buildings will be inspected over the 2-day period. During the testing period you may hear alarms going off, this is part of the annual testing process. There is no cause for alarm, and you do not need to alert anyone. If you have tenants occupying your unit, please make them aware.

The HOA has discontinued the holiday extra bin service of previous years. During the holiday season, your Promenade at Spectrum HOA encourages you to responsibly dispose of your holiday decorations and trash. Please read and familiarize yourself with the updated Holiday Trash Disposal section of this website.

There is a planned slurry coating scheduled for this upcoming Saturday, November 11th at the 4851 Paramount Drive Parking Lot. Residents are to avoid parking at that location overnight on Friday. Signs are being posted to indicate this around the lot and they will start towing cars at midnight on Friday at the owner’s expense.
