Annual Fire Alarm Testing
Date: March 14th to March 15th, 2024
Bay Alarm will be on site to perform the annual fire alarm testing required by the State of California. All buildings will be inspected over the 2-day period. During the testing period you may hear alarms going off, this is part of the annual testing process. There is no cause for alarm, and you do not need to alert anyone. If you have tenants occupying your unit, please make them aware.
Parking Alert on Lightwave Ave!
Date: February 26th to March 1st, 2024
Promenade at Spectrum Residents please take note of the Temporary No Parking signs posted along Lightwave Ave stating “Construction Zone Tow Away“.

Holiday Trash Disposal
The HOA has discontinued the holiday extra bin service of previous years. During the holiday season, your Promenade at Spectrum HOA encourages you to responsibly dispose of your holiday decorations and trash. Please read and familiarize yourself with the updated Holiday Trash Disposal section of this website.
Parking Lot Slurry Seal
Date: November 11th, 2023
There is a planned slurry coating scheduled for this upcoming Saturday, November 11th at the 4851 Paramount Drive Parking Lot. Residents are to avoid parking at that location overnight on Friday. Signs are being posted to indicate this around the lot and they will start towing cars at midnight on Friday at the owner’s expense.
Tree Trimming
Date: October 20th, 2023
Harvest Landscape will be trimming the trees on Lightwave Ave beginning October 20th through October 31st. Click for more information.
Repairs to Fire Sprinkler
Date: September 18, 2023 starting at 8:00AM to 4:00PM
The HOA is performing repairs to the fire sprinkler water pipe due to a leaking. Click for more information.
Alert: New Recycle Bin at Trash Enclosure #5
Date: Effective June 22, 2022
A new Recycling Bin has been added to the west end of Promenade North Pl. Our new Organics bins are located throughout Promenade; click for the Waste Locations Map.
Developer Updates to Phase 2 (Atrium)
Dates: Starting Monday, January 3rd, 2022 (see schedule)
Wm Lyon Homes is making improvements to various Phase 2 areas of Promenade at Spectrum. Please be mindful of the workers and equipment. Click for schedule.
The Barnacle
Date: Effective Tuesday, January 5th, 2021
Promenade at Spectrum implemented The Barnacle, a new parking enforcement tool, enforced by Secur It Guard Company, our current parking patrol. Click for more info.
