Promenade at Spectrum loves all animals – walking, crouching, or flying.

Our one rule of thumb is that all pet owners be considerate of our neighbors, whether it’s reducing excessive barking, chirping, or meowing – and most importantly – picking up after your pooch.

There are 5 poop bag locations throughout Promenade – most located next to a trash dumpster for easy disposal of pet waste (see map below).

If there is no poop station nearby, it is still YOUR responsibility to pick up after your pet. Not cleaning up after your pet is not only illegal, but disrespectful to your neighbors. We encourage you to be responsible and report and/or encourage those that are not in order to keep Promenade and the greater community clean and safe.

Pet Policy
Pets must be kept inside your unit when unattended and may not be left on balconies or patios without supervision. Doors and windows should be closed when a Resident is not present to mitigate pet noise.

Please clean up after your pets... EVERYWHERE! We know that accidents happen. When they do, please clean up promptly. This includes all areas within Promenade, the surrounding streets and parks, and your own balconies and patios. It's YOUR responsibility! Not cleaning up after your pet is not only illegal, but disrespectful to your neighbors.

Pets must always be kept on a leash throughout Promenade at Spectrum.
