If you use your bank’s bill pay or autopay service, be sure to update the monthly amount to $325 before your payments trigger for January 2026.

The Promenade at Spectrum Board of Directors has voted to increase the current monthly Homeowner Association (HOA) dues from $295.00 to $325.00 per month, effective January 1, 2026. Read more here.

Several trees and shrubs on the Master Association property have sustained damage due to dogs chewing or stripping bark from the trunks. We kindly remind all dog owners to be mindful and prevent their pets from damaging the Association landscaping. Click for more information.

Promenade is charged in excess of $200 per bin per service day for plastic bags in our Recycling Bins and/or Overfilled Trash and Recycling Bins.

Promenade at Spectrum has enhanced Phase 1 building gate access with a new app-based system. With Smart Home Access, residents can now grant remote access to guests and in-person access to delivery drivers. This updated system offers improved security for deliveries, particularly for Phase 1 units where the front doors are located on the third floor.

Phase 1 residents with Floor Plans 2A or 2B (L-shaped, dual-access garages or single exterior parking space & single car garage), please review the Enrollment Guide and User Manual for instructions on registering with the new access system.
